OSIUM may collect your name, postal address, email address, password, telephone numbers, navigation data, order history, preferences, products viewed, items relating to the tracking of your order.
Who is responsible for processing my personal data
The person responsible for this processing is the person, the public authority or the body, which determines the purposes, i.e. what is the use of this data, the means of collecting and storing it. OSIUM is responsible when your data is collected on our premises or on this site.

Right of access
The right for any person to obtain the communication of all the information concerning him held by OSIUM.
Right of rectification
The right for any person to obtain the rectification of inaccurate information concerning him held by OSIUM.
Right to object
The right of opposition is exercised either at the time of collecting information, or later, by contacting the person responsible for the file. There are two possibilities:
- The right for anyone to object, for legitimate reasons, to be included in a file, to processing based on the legitimate interest of OSIUM,
- In terms of commercial prospecting, any person can object at any time to their data being disseminated, transmitted or stored. This right can be exercised without having to justify a legitimate reason.
Right to define directives concerning the fate of my personal data after my death
In the absence of directives or of contrary mention in these directives, the heirs of the person concerned can after his death exercise the rights on the personal data of the deceased.
Right to limit processing
It is the right to suspend processing while an audit can take place (verify the accuracy of personal data, check if the legitimate reasons given by the person prevail over those of the controller in the case of a opposition request...)
Right of portability
The person has the right to have their personal data transmitted in a structured format:
- To herself;
- Directly from one controller to another, when technically possible.
